The MotorsDepot Listing service provides wide exposure for your vehicle and listing enhancements to improve the chances of a buyer noticing your listing. MotorsDepot therefore cannot generally offer refunds on listing fees.
MotorsDepot adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing fees:
MotorsDepot will not provide any refund, for any reason, if MotorsDepot receives the request for refund more than 72 hours after the Listing service has been ordered.
If you contact us within 72 hours of ordering the Listing service, MotorsDepot will provide a refund only for the following reasons:
Your listing has not been posted on MotorsDepot and you wish to cancel the listing; or
You mistakenly ordered and paid for duplicate listings and seek to cancel, and obtain a refund on, the duplicate(s) only. We cannot, however, provide a refund on the original listing.
MotorsDepot cannot provide a refund for any other reason, even if you contact us within 72 hours of ordering the Listing service. For example, we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind about the Listing service, or its content or enhancements, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the vehicle through MotorsDepot, or if the vehicle has already been sold through other means. We also cannot provide a refund if MotorsDepot has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the listing. In any case where MotorsDepot has made such mistakes, we will make appropriate corrections to the listing.
